Wen-Mac Texaco Tanker Replacement Parts: RUDDER RETAINER
THIS LISTING IS FOR ONE RUDDER RETAINER ONLY- shown in the photo on right.
Fix up or upgrade your old Wen-Mac Texaco Tanker with these new replacement parts.
Listing is for one rudder retainer (push-on) only.
The original Texaco Tanker rudder is secured with a one-time-use push-on retaining ring. But the rudder will need to be removed when servicing the prop and its shaft.
If you try to pull the retainer off, you'll likely damage the rudder. Best to nip off the retainer instead.
You can then reinstall the original rudder using this new retainer, or completely replace the rudder with one designed to be held in with a serviceable retaining collar (see my other listings!).
