    A brand new 3 piece set of Black Hermann Oak heavy harness leather replacement uptugs and center strap.   Hand made in our West Coast Tack custom leather shop.   Heavy 14+ ounce leather.   Jeremiah Watt Stainless Steel oval buckles and keepers with black accents.  Standard size   Custom sizes available.   Also available in harness,  rich brown harness or latigo leather.
