Motor worked fine when tested with 2 "C" batteries. The tiller has a rudder attached that can be placed for whatever direction you want to go.. It does have some dirt on the top surfaces but the rest is pretty clean and complete.. We do have the original box for this so we'll box it and pack for fast shipping and safe arrival on your doorstep.
