    Description

Railroad VHS - Colorado's Joint Line (Pentrex, 1995). Tested, works.
The Joint Line is an action filled stretch of contemporary main line with a colorful past. Two fiercly competitive railroads, the Denver & Rio Grande Western and Santa Fe, built parallel tracks between Denver and Pueblo, Colorado, in the mid 1800s. However, the competition came to a halt during World War I when the US Government forced "joint" operations between the two railroads.
Today, the Joint Line supports the Southern Pacific (Including the Rio Grande), the Santa Fe, and the Burlingon Northern. Coal, freight and passenger trains utilize this heavily traveled right of way.
