Pair of Craig TWF-3514EL 1.6" phenolic-ring tweeters Exc+, fully tested

Description

This auction is for an excellent pair of Craig TWF-3514EL 1.6” phenolic-ring tweeters. This type of tweeter is used in a great many classic speaker systems from the 1970’s through the 2000’s. The diaphragm measures 1.6" in diameter and the metal frame measures 4.25" in diameter. There is no buzzing or other indication of misaligned voice coils. The voice coil DC resistance measures 5.9 and 6.3 Ohms, respectively. The diaphragm resonance occurs at 3.6kHz on both units.
