JBL L100 Pair MINT, W/ New Frames and Grilles.
As you can see from the pictures, this pair is about as good as it gets. Brand new frames and Grilles and the drivers are all perfect. No defects at all to be found. Original crossover electronics for that authentic vintage JBL sound. Serial numbers are about 500 apart.
The foil badges are both in mint condition and have obviously never been removed. This pair was locked up in a large credenza/console for over 40 years and the condition shows that. No cup rings on the top and no scratches on the cabinets. These might as well be time capsules. Unlike New Old Stock L100s, packaging foam has not discolored the cabinets. They look essentially the same as they did in 1974 when they were purchased. These were in a climate controlled home and did not even see sunlight for decades. I did not get a picture but the foil badges contain the black JBL logo and not the orange one.
I added new foam to the tweeters as the old ones had deteriorated.
