This book is "Brick - How to Build and Estimate" by William Carver.  Copyrighted 1920 by Ralph P. Stoddard and published by the Common Brick Manufacturer's Association of America.  It has 48 pages and is is good condition.  The front cover and the spine show some wear.  Please check the photos.
The first 12 pages extoll the virtues of building a brick house.  There are 6 pages of drawings that show bonds, joints, cross-sections of wall framing for a 2 story house, fireplace and hearth, a bay window and more.  This is followed by text about bricks, mortar, thickness of walls, bonds and joints, various aspects of building the house, 10 pages about estimating materials and cost and 8 pages of tables.
Shipping with the book in a plastic sleeve inside a manila envelope is Free.  If you want this packed with a cardboard stiffener please choose the  Priority Mail option which is extra.
If shipped outside the US I will refund excess shipping.  If sent First Class this will cost approximately to send to Europe and would take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive.  If sent as a document it will cost approximately and should arrive in 3 to 4 weeks.
