1948 i.t.o. toy boat hand built by japanese in japan/extreemly rare if any/only

a perfection of our history,ito was a japanese company that made ww2 products but had to build these and other japanese toys to survive after thier economy collapsed due to ww2......i admire thier will to survive...japanese toys of that era go for so very high amounts now,this navy ship,which im sure they had thoughts about building them were all hand made,hand painted..it needs restoration,it once ran on water...theres 2 wires unconnected in bottom of ship,i do have the rudder...a railing piece needs replacing...and i think 2 flags....but....its only minor cost.....included is the statement i made the selkler print out for me cause i store everything for decades..i notice another seller here selling a model,not old model,just completed model for wow !!! amount...why not own a piece of pure history....a 21 inch ppiece that your friends or anyone will have to know its history...oh...looks like a type
