1930s Pull Toy Woodette Coast Guard USCG Pressed Steel Boat--PRICE CUT!!!!!!!!!

Neat-o-o-oh!  Don't know much about this old toy but seems it's from the 1930s (!) It's a "pull toy" with (on the bottom) a rubber cylinder up front and two rubber wheels in back to allow a lot of fun. (The back wheel assembly is out of the boat's "ears" at the bottom but can repositioned by the next owner of this item, if they wish.) There are parts missing (including one hand (and the other hand is only partially there) and one foot from the "wooden sailor", the oars, and that's all I have a clue about.  You might notice some rust.  The Coast Guard decal in the stern is bold and in good shape for the age.  Size:  boat about 2 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 12 and if measure with sailor about 4 x 4 1/2 x 12, all in inches.  (Think the sailor is attached to the back wheels so when they roll, he moves and would be moving the oars if they were present.  Since the back wheel assembly is not in its "cradle", I'm providing some guesses about the movement.  Anyway it goes, it's a neat old toy.
