Here's a beautiful, working 1926 Tower "No Name" ship cone radio loudspeaker.
Tower's smallest cone, the speaker stands just 12 1/2" high, with a cone diameter of approximately 11".
Condition is excellent, and the speaker works. The driver and cone have been replaced, but the casting is clean and undamaged. The driver is from a Jodra cone speaker of the same vintage (ca. 1926-27) and cone is a replica made by Buford Chidester.
Shipping weight, properly packed, will be approximately 18 lb. I've been shipping fragile 1920's cone radio speakers for decades, and I know how to do it correctly. I can assure you that this is not an item you want to purchase from someone who's never shipped a cone speaker before.
That's about it. Overseas bidders should contact me in advance so that I confirm my ability to ship it to you country. Buyer prepays and includes shipping. If you're
bidding from overseas, please contact me in advance for a shipping quote. Buyers with no feedback or with hidden feedback should also contact me before placing a bid. Thanks.
